GTS reserves the right, at its discretion, to change any part of the web site or the present conditions. In the event that these conditions are modified, GTS will publish the modifications on the web site. 10. Independance   

If one of the clauses of the present conditions is considered illegal, null and void or inapplicable in virtue of the laws of a State in which these conditions are to be validated, it will be treated as null and void and deleted from the present; all the other clauses will remain in force and continue to be applied in the said State.   


11. Act of God   

GTS is not responsible for the non respect of the present conditions in the event of an act of God.   


12. Applicable law - litigation   

The present general conditions are subject to French law. In the event of litigation, only the French courts will be competent.
